Please note that before ordering a bespoke product:

1. We need to confirm we have all the required materials in stock.
We may need to order some new skins and due to the fluctuation of the exotic skins’ market we are not able to publish a standard price for our products.

2. Each Korokum product is an handcrafted masterpiece that requires several days to be completed.

3. The exotic skins used need to get a special document ”CITES” from the Authorities before being shipped.

4. For all these reasons, we can’t guarantee the delivery before a window of 2-4 months (although most of the times we deliver before).

Korokum wants you to love your purchase! If you are not delighted with your selection, return the item within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly refund your purchase with a voucher.

Simply follow the guidelines below:

1. Please contact Korokum Customer Service at and request a return letting us know the reason.

2. Items must be returned:

• In its original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.
• Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method and that you retain your proof of postage. Korokum will not be responsible or liable if any item(s) you wish to return to is lost, misdirected or delivered late.
The customer must bear the risks of shipping their purchase.

4. Once Korokum has aproved the return you will receive a confirmation by email.


You will have to return the item and place a new order for the alternate item.


Each Korokum product is a masterpiece, which uses a preeminent technique of mixing exotic skins and materials and is manufactured with attention to even the smallest detail. The incredibly long and thorough working process begins with the selection of the finest materials which must fulfill the highest quality of standards.

Only absolutely flawless reptile skins with the most beautiful and ornate patterns are used for Korokum products. Unique textures are a characteristic of the extremely rare skins, which each go through a specially developed trimming technique by expert craftsmen by hand.

Behind every finished product is an incredibly complex process, exercised with the utmost of care and attention.

The workmanship alone for the artisans adorning each bag with hundreds of crystals is priceless, as Korokum has developed a special technique to attach the tiny, precious Swarovski stones to each exotic bag and accessory with delicate precision. Inside, the bags are delicately draped with a soft and supple nappa leather.

Each of these details are merged to create a grand ensemble by incredible skill, meticulous precision, and utmost respect for the materials, which makes one of these luxurious bags several days to complete.

Please note that all products are made with natural & genuine skins and they can never be exactly the same as the product shown on the picture because each skin (and each part of it) is different.


Korokum uses a wide variety of exotic skins, offering incredible quality and feel.
We guarantee this product is made with the highest quality of standards.

Items are made of genuine exotic leather(s) which is a natural and delicate material. These features give this item character, suppleness and texture. Each leather is the result of specific treatments and each article is handcrafted making it truly unique.

There are no global care products. The best way to care for this item is to wipe it with a soft, fluff-free cotton cloth, store it flat -in its dust bag if possible- away from light and heat when it is not being used, and to not overload it during use.

In order to better preserve your bag and leather items, we suggest you to follow these few advices:

– Avoid contact with abrasive and rough surfaces, solvents, oils or any product which can spoil the material
– If your goods should come in contact with water, the liquid should be taken off with a tissue, use a soft rag and dab softy.
– Avoid prolonged sun exposure, which can alter the colour.
– For an item made of python, it is natural that the scales may rise slightly over time.
